Based on our experience accompanying foreign tourists usually, they were visited Java and Bali by entering through Jakarta and then traveling overland to Bogor and Bandung. Soekarno. In the basement of this monument, there’s a museum of the struggle for the independence of Indonesian people and the elevator door to get to the top of the monument. There are food-beverage stalls and souvenirs typical of Jakarta at the outside entrance area and mini train transportation to the main entrance of the basement monument. It's not complete actually when tourists come to Jakarta before visiting this monument as of pride for the residents of Jakarta and Indonesia. 2. Old Town Batavia, Jakarta Old Town Batavia is an old city complex inherited from the Dutch government in Jakarta. Taman Mini is a tourist area of 150 hectares or about 1.5 sq km that accommodates traditional houses from 34 provinces throughout Indonesia. Inside that beautiful traditional house, there are characteristics of the local’s cultures of each region. There is also the Indonesian Museum Building, the Transportation Museum, the House of Worship for religions in Indonesia, the “Keong Mas” Theater Building, Komodo Park, Bird Park, Dinosaur Park, Waterpark, Cable Car, and Souvenir Shop.
