5. Find and Take up a Hobby Has Nothing to do with Your Job
This one thing is quite important and fun. Give your soul and personality a chance to try something out of your ordinary or job. Every person's soul and body needs the opportunity to restart body like a computer by doing something other than normal worked.
You can do it in most creative ways possible. Like doing or taking virtual yoga classes at home, cycling, volunteering at social activities around your neighbours, try to write on a blog, and other creative things. 7. Keep Your Body Fit with Exercise, Meditation or Favorite Music
Exercising regularly every day and staying fit will keep your body able to do a better work. No need to move hard. Just exercise 15-30 minutes every day. Nearly any type of exercise from cardio to yoga can help you boost your endorphins, lift your mood and give you the opportunity to fully focus on something.
Doing meditation such as yoga or just sitting back while regulating your breath could be reduce anxiety and stress. Meditation will teach you always focus on being in the present situation rather than worrying about the future or the past.

Sometimes a workload does require several combined forces to complete. For that you can admit to seeking help if your stress levels start to overwhelm you.
